The Book
Peris Jones researched and wrote a book in 1985 called "More Mangotsfield History". It holds most of the information we have about Baugh Farm.
The house started life as a longhouse and was divided into hall, dairy and byre
- family and animals living under the same roof.
The oldest parts of the house are now in the middle of the property.
