A bespoke heating system was commissioned and produced for the building.
Cast iron ornamental radiators in keeping with the rooms were made, installed and are linked to an intelligent twin-boiler 'A' rated heating system. There are thermostats inside and outside the building.
There is an integral programmable security system, and a fully integral Fire Alarm system.
The building has a full category 5 Hardwired IT infrastructure with dual outlets in every room, with the primary patch panel concealed in the utility room. This also houses the boiler system and the amplifier (TV aerial connections).
Satellite TV is available in every room, with High Definition TV in the drawing room and master bedroom.
All systems are fully guaranteed, documented and certified and were inserted into the building under the watchful eye of fully qualified and experienced structural engineers.
