Work on listed buildings is restricted by legislation and must be appropriate. The Listed Buildings Inspectorate has certified that the renovation work at Baugh Farm House is appropriate. There has been close liaison with the Inspectorate throughout every facet of the work. As a result all modern technology used has been encapsulated within the frame of the house and is completely unobtrusive. All works, all restoration, all materials, and all skills have been applied with the full knowledge and agreement of the designated authorities.
