The gardens have been reinstated in Victorian style as requested by the conservation authorities.
They are enclosed by a stone wall with railings at the front and part stone walls and fencing at the rear.
There are flagstone patios and a flagstone path around the property, which are finished with original Victorian clay decorative edgings.
The level garden includes a number of newly planted trees which are primarily Victorian.
There is a drive to the side of the property with plenty of parking space and access to the vaulted cellars. There is further parking at the end of the drive where there are more outbuildings. These are suitable for storage but have planning permission for conversion into accommodation. There is approximately 0.6 acres of land.
