Baugh Farm House took its name from a merchant family -that of Edmund and Isaac Baugh - who were involved with the property from 1733 to 1786 but it has also been known as Ivy House, and Bath Farm.

Baugh Farm House is a hidden gem of South Gloucestershire. Just north of Bristol, it is within easy reach of some stunningly beautiful countryside. That said, it is possible to get to the centre of Bristol in about 10 minutes.

Bristol is a famous and historic city. It protects its inheritance -its past - whilst encouraging innovative development. The most recent example of its vibrant style, Cabot Circus, has made all dedicated shoppers in the South West very happy.

Bristol Centre -and its University -is 8 miles from Baugh Farm House; Bath and its University are 11 miles away; the University of the West of England and Frenchay Hospital are 2 miles away. For day to day life local shops are a stroll away and schools of every sort are available in the area.

The M32 (J1) is 2.5 miles away and Parkway Rail Station is 4.5 miles away.
